Sarx Thanatos was a Gothic and Doom Metal band from the city of Curitiba - Paraná performing shows with their own music but very recognized for presenting tributes to Gothic Metal bands such as Lacuna Coil, The Sins of Thy Beloved, After Forever, Theater of Tragedy, The Gathering, Power Symphony, Amorphis and many others besides special versions of European new wave bands. In 2008 he recorded and released his only album with 5 songs and ended his activities in 2010.
